Tripple scanning virus protection

Each inbound and outbound email is scanned using a unique three-stage, dual virus scanning process. This protects our clients from sending and receiving computer viruses, even within file attachments.

Fewer Bounced Emails

We don’t allow bulk email to be sent from our servers so they are never blacklisted. This means your email gets to the intended recipient.

Spam filtering

Email is filtered using advanced spam recognition and filtering technology, which utilizes more than 40 constantly evolving tests that are performed on every e-mail that enters our system.

Spam filtering Safelist

Each email client can build a Safelist for their account in order to make sure that the spam filters never incorrectly identify an email as spam. Messages from email addresses on Safelists are always delivered.

Spam filtering Exclusive List

Each email client can set their mailbox to only receive email from those within their address book if they so choose. This Exclusive List feature is for clients who want absolutely no e-mails from third parties outside of their address book.
