Dual scanning virus protection

Each inbound and outbound e-mail is scanned using a unique three-stage, dual virus scanning process. This protects our clients from sending and receiving computer viruses, even within file attachments.

Spam filtering

E-mail is filtered using advanced spam recognition and filtering technology, which utilizes more than 40 constantly evolving tests that are performed on every e-mail that enters our system.

Spam filtering Safelist

Each e-mail client can build a Safelist for their account in order to make sure that the spam filters never incorrectly identify an e-mail as spam. Messages from e-mail addresses on Safelists are always delivered.

Spam filtering Exclusive List

Each e-mail client can set their mailbox to only receive e-mail from those within their address book if they so choose. This Exclusive List feature is for clients who want absolutely no e-mails from third parties outside of their address book.
