Bear Creek Web requires SMTP authentication and maintains a strict "anti-spam" policy. This ensures that our outgoing mail servers are not blacklisted and that customers can send e-mail without their messages ending up in the spam folder of the intended recipient.

Uptime is a crucial component of every e-mail system. Even minimal downtime is unacceptable, so we put every possible preventive measure in place to ensure that our e-mail system will be available when and where you need it.
Large mailboxes with upgradeable storage
Our packages start at 100MB per e-mail box and can be increased to multiple gigabytes upon request.
Large file attachments
Our clients can receive e-mail attachment up to 25MB in size. This limit can always be increased if you need.

Our e-mail servers are monitored 24 hours a day. Both automated tools and human testing procedures are part or our regularly scheduled monitoring and maintenance program.
